Granulator Repairs, Rebuilding & Customizing:

Blades Machinery repairs, rebuilds, and customizes almost any granulator or pelletizer regardless of the manufacturer.  We also perform rotor repairs, feed-roll recovering & feed-roll re-knurling.  All work is done in-house.

Knife Sharpening:

Blades Machinery has a complete grinding facility for sharpening your worn knives.  We can sharpen your bed knives, fly knives, hook fly knives, double edge knives, paper knives, solid pelletizer heads, slitters, and many others.  We also offer tungsten & stellite carbide coating to extend the life of your knives.

Spare Parts: Blades Machinery Co., Inc. carries the largest stock of OEM and after market replacement knives and screens in the industry.  We also have extensive stock of bolts, hardened washers, motors, rotors, bearings, belts, bushings, pulleys, and many other replacement parts.
