The Inline Venturi system utilizes standard Kongskilde modular pneumatic conveying components to transfer process waste (edge trims) and light materials. The system is characterized by its ability to convey the product through a duct without the product coming into contact with any moving parts. The ITF Inline Venturi system is suitable for conveying continuous edge trim and paper off cuts, aluminum and plastic from production systems including conveying of plastic finished and reject parts.
FVO In-Line Venturi Systems
The Kongskilde Inline Venturi system is very suitable for the conveying of continuous edge trim and off cuts. The improved suction allows the material to be conveyed over considerable distances without coming into contact with any moving parts. This ensures high reliability and low maintenance. The Kongskilde Inline Venturi system is also a valuable solution for the conveying of odd shape components, bottles, rejects, tops, and tails.
Many conveying jobs in the plastic processing industry can be solved efficiently by using pneumatic conveying systems. By combining the Polyvac vacuum unit with the Kongskilde OK pipe system, efficient conveying systems can be tailor-made to meet most conveying demands from process to process or, to and from a storage facility. SUC Series Suction Blowers
The electrically powered Kongskilde Suction Blowers offer one of the most versatile dilute phase conveying systems on the market for free-flowing types of products such as plastic pellets, grains, etc. Materials can be moved – horizontally and vertically – from various collecting points to different destinations, as required by the user. The Kongskilde STS separator is designed for pneumatic conveying systems in the paper, plastic, and packaging industries.
The Kongskilde STS separator is placed at the discharge end of the conveying system, which could be over a stationary compactor, granulator or baler. With the STS separator only a minimum volume of air is discharged together with the conveyed material. The conveying air is blown out through the air discharge of the separator – either direct in the open air or to a filter, which will remove any dust particles from the conveying air.
The Kongskilde STS separators are available in two different sizes:
The STS 160 for conveying systems equipped with Kongskilde OK160 pipe (6″). The volume of air can be up to 1300 CFM.
Type STS 200 for conveying systems equipped with Kongskilde OK200 pipes (8″). The volume of air can be up to 2000 CFM.
Kongskilde KS separators are developed for the separation of cardboard and paper from the conveying air in both positive and negative pressure systems. Air volumes up to 40.000 m³/h (23.600 CFM) can be handled. The design of the Separator ensures a low pressure loss and material separation with minimal release of air. This allows the separator to be directly connected to a compactor or container.
Kongskilde Rotary Valves (air locks), are suitable for the metering of granular materials, such as pellets, regrind, dust, and small molded products. The air lock can either feed into a pressurized pneumatic conveying line or as a metering device for a subsequent process. The valve design ensures minimal pressure loss when introducing products into a pressurized conveying line.
The TF Venturies are ideally suited for introducing free flowing materials (pellets, regrind, etc) into a conveying air stream. The TF systems are ideally suited for moving pellets to extruders, molders, etc or to other points in the production line.
The Kongskilde Multicutter has been developed for continuous Inline cutting of waste edge trim from machines for film blowing, packaging, paper production and slitters. The Multicutter is mounted in the Kongskilde OK pipe system, conveying the waste away from the production machinery. The Multicutter consists of a fixed and a rotating set of blades driven by a direct-coupled motor. The blades are made from D2 tool steel and a variety of optional other grade metals with great resistance to wear and for an extended service life. Adjustment and resharpening of the blade sets is possible and is the only form of maintenance.
KG In-Line Granualtor
Kongskilde Inline Granulator KG has been developed specifically to granulate plastic film and, thereby, enable process waste to be reclaimed and reintroduced into the production process. The Inline cutter is fitted with a selection of re removable screens allowing for particle size desired. Typical applications are in connection with film blowing machines and extruders. When using the Inline Granulator, the risk of material contamination is reduced. The process waste is cut and conveyed in a closed pipe system, which keeps the dust level at a minimum.
The Kongskilde TRL high-pressure blowers are available in a wide range of sizes from 3 HP to 150 HP – providing a variety of performance characteristics capable of meeting specific industrial requirements.
The Multiair high pressure blower is the power source many Kongskilde solutions and can be found in installations all over the world. A great advantage of the Multiair is the low noise level and the fact that the Multiair is weatherproof. This allows for a flexible positioning of the blower – either inside the production area or outside the facility depending on space availability.

The Kongskilde Air Wash System cleans and conveys your regrind all in one step. The patent pending design uses one blower sized to efficiently evacuate granulators, then de-dust the regrind removing unwanted fines and fragments before discharging the clean regrind. The fines and dust particles removed are then discharged to a separate container for disposal. The Air Wash is ideally suited for In plant recycling as well as de-dusting of pellets.
