KS
Kongskilde KS Separators are developed for the separation of plastic, cardboard
and paper from the conveying air in both positive and negative pressure systems.
Air volumes up to 10.000 m3/h (5900 CFM) can be handled.
The design of the Separator ensures a low pressure loss and material separation
with minimal release of air. This allows the Separator to be directly connected
to a compactor or container
Multiseparator
RVS 75
Using the Kongskilde Multiseparator RVS 75 enables the removal, by suction of
small sized waste material from production lines involved in the manufacture of
paper, plastic foil, aluminum foil and packaging material.
The RVS 75 separates light material from the suction line air stream and
re-introduces it into the pressure line. The RVS 75 Multiseparator is
particularly suitable for installations where a strong suction effect is
essential.
Static
Separator KU
Kongskilde Static Separators KU4000 and KU 10000 are developed for separating
conveying air flow from conveyed plastic, cardboard and paper. Air volumes up to
8500 m3/h (5000 CFM) can be handled.
The design of the Separator allows it to be directly connected to e.g. a
compactor or container
