Multievacuator
Many conveying jobs in the plastic processing industry can be solved efficiently
by using pneumatic conveying systems.
By combining the Multievacuator vacuum unit with Kongskilde's OK160 pipe system,
efficient conveying systems can be tailor-made to meet most conveying demands
from process to process or, to and from a storage facility.
Depending on distance and material, conveying systems with capacities up to
7,000 kgs/hr (250 lbs/min) can be achieved.
The Multievacuator unit is an integrated solution based on a high-pressure
centrifugal blower with a cyclone-like separation unit, in such a way that the
conveyed material does not pass through the fast-rotating blower rotor.
Polyvac

By combining the Polyvac vacuum unit with Kongskilde's OK pipe system, efficient
conveying systems can be tailor-made to meet most conveying demands from process
to process or, to and from a storage facility.
The Polyvac unit is an integrated solution based on a high-pressure centrifugal
blower with a cyclone-like separation unit, in such a way that the conveyed
material does not pass through the fast-rotating blower rotor. The Polyvac unit
is only available in 60 Hz versions.
Suction
Blower SUC
The electrically powered Kongskilde Suction Blowers offer one of the most
versatile conveying systems on the market for free-flowing types of granulate.
The high-performance Suction Blowers, combined with the simple and flexible OK
pipe system, will fit in anywhere, irrespective of building facilities.
Materials can be moved - horizontally and vertically - from various collecting
points to different destinations, as required by the user. It is only necessary
to place the suction head in the material - the Suction Blower will do the rest.
