Positive Pressure Finished Parts Transfer System
for conveying distances of 300' or less

Conveying finished parts from your injection molding or blower molding station requires careful handling as well as consideration of the intricacies of your part. Sterling's Finished Parts Transfer System is designed with exactly that in mind.

This system in used to convey finished parts to any location in your plant, such as packaging, inspection, or assembly.  It's design is intended to maintain "part integrity" when a product cannot be nicked, marred, or otherwise damaged.  Parts are carried by an air-stream with an adjustable velocity through clear, butyrate tubing and discharged through a special nylon relief sock.

Sterling has designed and installed systems to handle:

bulletMany other injection or blow-molded parts

Finished Parts Transfer Systems range in size from 3" to 12" in diameter and convey parts up to 300' in distance.  The systems feature the following innovative features:

We also provide similar systems for Pellet Transfer or for conveying scrap parts where "part integrity" is not a factor.  Systems can be custom-designed to fit your application, including multiple pick-up points and various configurations.
