Sterling's line of Pressure pneumatic blowers are intended for use where a higher pressure is needed and the application requires that the material not pass through the blower's interior.  These blowers are highly recommended for used in venturi, edge trim conveying, and water stripper applications, among others, since they afford a higher level of pressure that is need in certain air conveying environments.  The quality design eliminates leakage and internal air flow obstructions.

Though the blowers come standard equipped with a TEFC dual wound motor, we can supply them with any voltage you require.  The blower housing, impeller, and motor are all easily replaceable if worn or damaged.

Sterling's blowers feature the following options:

bulletAvailable in both Direct Drive or V-Belt Drive configurations.
bulletAvailable in sizes from 3" to 16"
bulletPressures to 52" water.
bulletSurface treatment of wheel and housing interior
bulletNon-Standard inlet and outlet sizes

bulletFlow control valves or gates mounted on the inlet for control.

bulletEasily adjusted to one of 16 discharge positions for versatility in placement.
