V-Belt Drive Blowers

Sterling's line of V-Belt dilute phase pneumatic blowers has been providing reliable service for almost 100 years.  V-Belt Drive blowers offer the advantage over Direct Drive blowers of having the capability to easily modify the amount of air used in your system through the use of different sheave arrangements.  The housing and base feature all-welded, heavy gauge construction with a hand-finished interior to prevent material build-up and contamination.

Though Sterling's blowers come standard equipped with a TEFC dual wound motor, we can supply them with any voltage you require.  The blower housing, impeller, and motor are all easily replaceable if worn or damaged.  If your application involves conveying abrasive materials, consider our ST line of Blowers, which are designed to withstand wear.

Sterling V-Belt blowers feature the following options:

bulletAvailable in sizes from 3" to 16"
bulletEasily adjusted to one of 16 discharge positions for versatility in placement.
bulletMild steel or stainless steel construction.
bulletFlow control valves or gates mounted on the inlet for control.
bulletFlanged inlets or outlets.
bulletAlso available in Direct Drive configurations.
bulletSound dampening package to reduce noise.
bulletSpecial Hardening for severe applications such as glass-filled materials, rubber, etc.
