Little used Lindner shredding system (2011) with approximately 50 hours of use. System includes the following:
A. Hydraulic bin tipping unit with safety cage.
B. 700mm (27.5″) wide in feed conveyor with 2,000mm (6’5″) long straight section and 4,500mm (14’6″) incline section at 30 degrees. 1,500mm (4’8″) long horizontal discharge section. Conveyor is chain driven with PVC belt and 76mm (3″) chain pitch. Variable speed with controls.
C. Vega Model L1100 single shaft shredder with an 1,100mm (43.3″) wide entrance with a 48 knife rotor. 1,080mm x 1,124mm throat opening (42″ x 44″). Voltage is 400V/3ph/50Hz – 460V/3ph/60Hz input. Rotor is belt driven by a 55 kW (71.5 HP) drive at 50 Hz or 63 kW (81.9 HP) drive at 60 Hz. Last used on 400V/3ph/50Hz. 50mm screen installed. PLC controlled. S/N 1630

Shred-Pax model AZ-80 twin shaft shredder, S/N 160-9216. 33″ x 63″ wide cutting chamber entrance. Carbon steel construction. Two rows of intermeshing knives measuring 1-3/4″ thick. Each shaft is driven by a 40HP 230/460V 1,750 RPM Sumitomo AC motor run through a Sumitomo CYCLO reducer. Mounted on a steel frame. Manufactured in 1992. Overall dimensions are 149″ x 53″ 94″. This machine is offered less the controls.
Shred-Tech model ST10EL shredder, S/N E3480216. 13″ x 18″ cutting chamber with 5/8″ thick 2 hook knives powered by a 7.5HP 460V motor, 24″ x 29.5″ hopper opening, 126.5″ x 42″ foot print with a hopper in-feed height of 103″. 30″ diameter stainless steel de-watering trommel discharge with 1/8″ water draining holes. Hopper chamber enclosure and de-watering trommel are stainless steel. Included control panel runs both the shredder and trommel.
New Shred Tech model ST-25ES dual shaft shredder, S/N ST-2ES-F314, 2019 model year. 16″ x 14″ cutting chamber, two hexagonal counter rotating shafts, 5-7/8″ shaft center distance, 20 5/8″ wide x 7-3/4″ diameter. Two teeth knives powered by a 20HP 480V gear reduced motor, 21 RPM fast shaft, 18 RPM slow shaft. 39,865 Lbs. maximum tooth force. 31″ from floor stand to straddle discharge. Customer supplied container, 27″ x 29″ standard feed opening in-feed hopper. Includes NEMA rated control panel with a programmable logic controller and a fused lock out disconnect.
SSI dual rotor shredder model M100E(63). Shredder is equipped with 41″ x 63″ feed opening and driven by 300 HP AC motor, 460-Volts AC input, 1187 RPM. No motor drive or controls included. Unit has a Brevini gear drive with a 29.3:1 ratio. Cutter blades are approximately 1-3/8″ thick. 530mm diameter (20.9″), 4140 heat treated material construction with a 188mm (7.4″) shaft diameter. Cutters (designated RW1) are an 11 tip, spiral design intended for high volume process. Manufactured in 2010.
SSI M55E / Cumberland 1837B system package includes the following components:
A) SSI two shaft dual-shear shredder, model M55E, S/N S2455, manufactured in November, 2013. Low speed and high torque 20-3/4″ x 40-1/2″ cutting chamber with five 3-3/4″ wide and one 1-3/4″ cutters per shaft powered by a inverter duty 25HP 230/460V 1,765 rpm motor through a 69.7:1 gear reducer. Includes the original OEM controls and starter panel.
B) Cumberland Model 1837B Granulator, S/N 50510-18004, 18″ x 37″ feed throat, 5 knife high shear hard-faced rotor, hard faced cutting chamber, 2 bed knives, 100HP 460V motor, mounted on a 22″ tall plate base, 10″ airveyor discharge, includes soft starter control panel, less than 100 hours use on the granulator and starter.
C) Sterling 9015FV 15HP blower with heavy duty housing, heavy duty removable outlet, and steel impeller upgrades, 10″ OD inlet & outlet. Sterling #15 cyclone with dual 10″ OD inlets and heavy duty replaceable inlet and upper cone wear liner. Lot of 10″ Kongskilde (FK250) connecting pipe and a late model hydraulic gaylord dumper.
Customer choice to include in-feed and take away conveyors. Was originally used on a different in-feed and discharge configurations for the shredder.
Take away conveyor is 17′ long with a 22″ wide rubber cleated belt, 3″ tall cleats on 30″ centers, 18″ tall side walls, powered by a 1.5HP 1,730 RPM motor through a 80:1 gear reducer, 5″ diameter head pulley, in-feed conveyor is 13′ long with a 22″ wide rubber cleated belt, 3″ tall x 8″ wide partial cleats on 11″ centers, 12″ tall side-walls, powered by a 1/2HP 1,750 RPM motor through a 125:1 gear reducer, 8″ diameter head pulley, variable speed 460V controls.

Vecoplan single shaft shredder model RG62/150SPKFF, S/N 7661010. 14.57″ diameter x 62.99″ with cored fiber rotor, with 90 bolt-on cutters, outboard pillow block bearings, 145 RPM rotor speed. 150HP 460V 1,784 RPM drive motor through a Flender gearbox. 63″ wide x 80″ deep infeed opening with bolt on hopper hydraulic feed ram end discharged through 2″ holes screen. Includes an OEM Vecoplan touch-screen control panel, and a 55″ wide x 234″ long rubber belt conveyor powered by a 1.5HP gear motor. Unit has a throughput rate of up to 25,000 Lbs. per hour.
