Brown CS-4500 thermoformer, S/N 12881, manufactured in May of 1995. 40″ w x 42″ l maximum mold size. Maximum mold weight top platen is 1,000 Lbs., maximum mold weight on bottom platen is 1,600 Lbs. 7″ maximum depth draw above and below the sheet line. Maximum sheet width is 42″. Maximum forming pressure is 100 PSI. Indramat three axis AC servo drive. Top platen up and down, bottom platen up and down, and material index forward. Index length of zero to 60″. Index speed of zero to 206 inches per second. Index acceleration maximum 600 inches per second. Index jog speed of zero to 30 inches per second. Oven is 168 inches long with 4 stops, calrod bottom and ceramic top and an auto lube system. 240 kVA average power consumption.
Lyle model 150FH thermoformer, S/N 038271 / 104175001. 480V/3ph/60Hz operation, 593 amps. 200″ long oven with quartz top elements and calrod bottom, 4 shots @ 50″ 50″w x 50″l maximum mold size. 53″ maximum sheet width maximum 9″ draw up and down 16″ bottom stroke 11″ top stroke hydraulic operation with electric servo motor indexing TPC-9400 computer controls model 150P2 trim press, S/N 035047 / 103040007 controlled by relay logic interfaced to a TPC-9400 computer on former stationary platen window is 16.25″h x 50.5″w. Manufactured in December 1996. Trim press manufactured January of 1995, complete with reversible canopy. Vacuum pump for vacuum system is not included.
