Extrusion Dies, Inc. 89″ Ultraflex H75 sheet extrusion die. S/N 00-21282. Manufactured in March of 2000. Lip opening dimensions are 0.01″ – 0.075″ with a 0.300″ lip land length. All flow surfaces are UltraChrome II plated to 0.001″ – 0.0015″ thickness. 480-Volt single phase operation. 9 heating zones with a total of fourteen 500 watt heaters. Horizontal position die operation has optional RCll guards upper and lower body compound angle upper body. Also lower body extra thick end plate. Lower body is also drilled and tapped with 3/8″-16 holes in eight positions. 1.5″ on center on both ends of the lower body for optional deckling.
