One (1) used PTI model Revolution cooling and polishing stand with three 66″ face chrome plated rolls mounted in a vertical arrangement for down stack operation. The top roll measures nominal 15″ diameter, while the middle and bottom rolls measure nominal 18″ diameter. Top roll has a matte finish while that middle and bottom rolls are chrome. Chrome rolls are hydraulically actuated. No hydraulic unit. Roll gapping via .5 HP SEW servo motor. Rolls are each driven by a 4 KW (5.3 HP) inverter duty motor with encoder through a gearbox. Stand-alone three zone water temperature control system with heaters and heat exchangers, 7.5 KW (10 HP) water pumps and integral electrical cabinet with pendulum operator control. Includes four (4) spare 66” x 18” Chrome rolls and one 66” x 15″ chrome roll. Spare rolls appear to be either new or unused. Model R661518. S/N 4623/1108. Last used on PET.
