Opening and closing of the hopper via electric screw jack. Super” T” style cutting chamber with extended belly. Rotor is belt driven by a 50 HP 230/460-volt 1775 RPM Reliance motor with 326T frame. Includes motor starter and controls. Presently set up for 460/3/60 operation. Discharge is a right hand airveyor with Kongskilde OK160 outlet. Includes Cincinnati model PBS-15A blower with 7.5 HP motor with Kongskilde OK160 inlet and outlet. Blower discharges into a Rapid CM2000 cyclone with stand and filter head. Granulator is mounted on vibration pads. 5/16″ screen installed but should be replaced. Manufactured in 2006 and last used on blow molded parts. Granulator is fed by a Laros model E-715-36-22.00-72 belt conveyor measuring 36″ wide x 264″ long with 6.5″ side walls and 70″ long horizontal section. Advanced Detection Systems metal detection system with controls is mounted on the conveyor. Series 9000. Serial number 660358. 230/3/60. Very nice complete package
