USED HENSCHEL FM1200 HIGH INTENSITY MIXER
Used Henschel model FM1200 high intensity mixer having a total vessel volume of 1390 liters (49 cu. ft) and a net capacity of 1190 liters (42 cubic feet). Used approximately (6) times since being refurbished by Exline Inc. Removed from service due to business changes. Interior of bowl is manufactured of stainless steel and is jacketed for heating or cooling applications. Mixer is equipped with standard 4-tier blade design. Swing away Lid with deflector blade. Blades are belt driven by a 350 HP inverter duty A/C motor. Air actuated discharge valve with plug. 600 amp electrical disconnect and control panel are included but the mixer is offered less inverter. The Mixer itself is 8′ 9″ L x 8′ W x 10′ 8″ tall at the widest/tallest points. Manufactured 2003. 460/3/60 374 amps.

One (1) used Balemaster BB series model Q6,J.2.7,U,Z.7,J,I.2,Q.W auto-tie baler. S/N B0234-06-4298527. Bale section measures 30″ x 36″. Feed chute 28″ x 32″. 20 HP hydraulic package with 6″ diameter hydraulic cylinder. Ram rated at 85 lbs. per square inch at 3000 psi. Charging chamber is 25.3 cubic feet. PLC control with touch screen operator interface. Machine weighs 14,900 pounds with oil and no bale. Excellent condition. Limited use. Manufactured in 1995.

USED CUMBERLAND 2050B GRANULATOR
One (1) used Cumberland model 2050B granulator having a 20″ x 50″ throat opening with a five (5) knife high shear rotor and two bed knives. S/N 51310-08008. 160mm diameter rotor shaft. Conveyor feed hopper with a 33″ x 50″ opening. Hopper has a 24″ high extension that allows for a 99″ infeed height to the hopper. Rotor is belt driven by a 150 HP 460-volt 1188 RPM Lincoln motor. Cutting chamber is mounted on 21″ high legs. Set up for an airveyor discharge of 10″ or 12″ OD. All components are unitized on a 1 ½” thick steel base. Manufactured in 2008. No controls. An exceptional piece of used machinery.

UNUSED JWC INTERNATIONAL 2 SHAFT SHREDDER
One (1) unused JWC Industrial / Monster Industrial model 4-Shredd-1-H-3200 two (2) shaft shredder. Serial number 114685-1-1. The shafts are direct driven by a 25 HP 1770 RPM motor through a gearbox with a 29:1 reduction ratio. Nominal 15″x 30″ throat entrance. There is a total of thirty-six (36) cutters each having eleven (11) teeth. Cutters are 7/16″ thick and measure 7.5″ in diameter. Package includes stainless steel hopper, stainless steel stand, and controls. Frame mounted emergency stop button. Manufactured in 2020 and never put into production. Three spare cutters and three spare spacers are included. 575/3/60 input. Includes 230-volt to 575-volt transformer. Rated at under 70 DB.

USED HARTIG 2.5″ PELLETIZING LINE
One (1) used 2.5” pelletizing line including the following:
A. One 2.5″ Hartig extruder with a 24:1 L/D four (4) zone electrically heated, air cooled, and non-vented barrel at approximately a 42″ center line height. Serial number BE-836. 3″ round feed entrance. Koellmann gearbox has a reduction ratio of 13.95:1 and is rated at 108 HP at a service factor of 1.0. Gearbox is belt driven by a 50 HP GE D/C motor with Safetronics model DC-6 SCR control. Free standing temperature control panel has seven (7) zones of Eurotherm 3208 digital controllers. Water cooled screw with rotary union. Manufactured 1/21/1993. Very clean. 460/3/60 input power.
B. Mounted on the discharge of the extruder is a six hole electrically heated strand die with downward orientation.
C. Nominal 6’ long Emery stainless steel water bath measuring 14” wide x 8” deep with strand guides. Includes 54” x 34” x 24” stainless reservoir, Alpha Laval plate and frame heat exchanger with ½ hp pump and 1 ½ hp Liberty pump for the water bath.
D. Berlyn model HV-2 air stripper with nominal 10” slot opening, 2 HP blower, starter and disconnect. 460/3/60.
E. 6” Cumberland “Quietizer” pelletizer having a sixteen (16) knife rotor with removable blades. S/N 326050-B-92016. Factory sound suppression enclosed. Air actuated top rubber roll. Rotor and pull rolls are V-belt driven by a 7.5 HP inverter duty A/C motor with Yaskawa V1000 inverter with remote keypad. Manufactured in 1992. Exceptional condition.
All equipment is extremely clean and recently pulled from service. Great small line for reclaiming captive scrap.

USED RAPID W1836 GRANULATOR PACKAGE
One (1) used Rapid model W1836 granulator having a 18″ x 36″ throat opening. Three (3) knife open rotor with two bed knives. S/N 20726-10.1. Conveyor feed hopper with a 28 3/4″ x 41″ opening. Opening and closing of the hopper via electric screw jack. Super” T” style cutting chamber with extended belly. Rotor is belt driven by a 50 HP 230/460-volt 1775 RPM Reliance motor with 326T frame. Includes motor starter and controls. Presently set up for 460/3/60 operation. Discharge is a right hand airveyor with Kongskilde OK160 outlet. Includes Cincinnati model PBS-15A blower with 7.5 HP motor with Kongskilde OK160 inlet and outlet. Blower discharges into a Rapid CM2000 cyclone with stand and filter head. Granulator is mounted on vibration pads. 5/16″ screen installed but should be replaced. Manufactured in 2006 and last used on blow molded parts. Granulator is fed by a Laros model E-715-36-22.00-72 belt conveyor measuring 36″ wide x 264″ long with 6.5″ side walls and 70″ long horizontal section. Advanced Detection Systems metal detection system with controls is mounted on the conveyor. Series 9000. Serial number 660358. 230/3/60. Very nice complete package

Unitized temperature control panel has Allen-Bradley Panel View Plus touch screen controls. Zenith gear pump with 1 HP A/C drive system is mounted on the extruder discharge.
